Ramsey Stone Consultants are pleased to have been selected by Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) as the chief stone consultancy for the Mall of Saudi project starting July 2022.
We will be involved with the sourcing, production and final installation of over 7,000m2 of external facade stone, of Limestone, Granite and Marble, to be finalised soon.
Key Project Details
Located in the heart of North Riyadh, the Mall of Saudi is slated to become “The Kingdom’s flagship destination for retail, leisure and entertainment”, and forms a part of the Riyadh North development. There will be over 600 retail stores in a space of approx 296,000 SQM, a 40,000 SQM indoor ski slope & snow park, 33,200 SQM dedicated dining space, a 5-star luxury hotel with over 275 rooms and 62,700 SQM of further leisure & entertainment.
